I downloaded it but she doesnt look like she does in the pics, do i need some patch or anyhing else to see the hair and other textures?

You should have a look at HongFire mods list, I remember that there’s a mod for more realistic skin texture.
I’ve installed it myself long time ago so there’s nothing that looks unusual in those screen.
